Andy is our specialist for the larger vessels or the ones with more complex insurance requirements. If you intend to cruise the Red Sea in your Yacht, Andy will be your welcoming contact. With over fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry, Andy has worked the vast majority of this in the Marine and Private Clients Yacht sectors.

Andy joined the team in 2009 after taking a year out to travel the world, taking in the sights of North America, the Pacific Islands, Australasia and Asia. When he’s not behind his desk, Andy can always be found at the gym!

Joining the team in July 2015, Natasha works alongside Andy within the Private Clients Yacht team, looking after the insurance requirements for our clients with high value yachts. Natasha is the main point of contact for renewals and is on hand to help with any queries throughout the policy period.

Natasha holds a first class Masters Degree in Business & Management and in 2018, achieved the Advanced Diploma in Insurance.

When not in the office, Natasha enjoys running, playing netball and spending time with her friends and family.

Dean joined in late 2018 to drive business development in yacht and marine trade.

Having worked in marine insurance since 2004 Dean built a European introducer network and has wide experience of broking, underwriting and claims handling in both the yacht and marine trades sectors. He also has a keen interest in insurance solutions for unusual risks.

When not looking after clients Dean enjoys sport, reading, wine, and solid lunches (not necessarily at the same time).

Your contact for Introducers and New Business. Tony’s introduction to sailing started on the Hamble River at the age of seven in an Optimist. Since then he has spent the last 40+ years building, repairing, selling, sailing and now insuring boats. Tony is a much respected former Chairman for the Yacht Brokers Association.

His wife and four boys help to keep him fully occupied away from work and when he can mixes in some Skiing, Cycling, and Rugby (only supporting now).
